Home Repair Program
Home Repair Program
Habitat for Humanity’s Home Repair Program addresses the need for more adequate housing and healthier living conditions through home repair and community engagement. Our goal is to help homeowners stay in their existing homes, protect their financial investment, restore pride of homeownership and have a lasting impact on the communities and its residents
We partner with low to moderate-income homeowners in Palm Beach County through the following programs:
1
A Brush With Kindness
Improvement of the exterior cosmetic appearance of their homes. Work includes exterior painting, landscaping, and other minor cosmetic upgrades.
2
Critical Repair
Substantial exterior home repairs that address livability, health, and safety issues. Repairs include roof replacements, impact window installation, door replacements, HVAC replacements, electrical upgrades, hot water heater replacement, and fence installation and repairs.
Our Home Repair Program is open to Palm Beach County homeowners only. Please note we do not offer emergency repair services. It may take up to 32 weeks to complete your project after your application is received.
At this time, we are no longer accepting Home Repair applications (with the exception of veterans). We will reopen applications in Fall 2026. To be added to our interest list and notified when the application is open again, please fill out the interest form below.

Meet Beverly, a Palm Beach County native and retired nurse. Through Habitat’s Home Repair Program, Beverly’s home received new impact windows and doors.
Now, Beverly is saving $100 a month on utilities, a critical savings for someone on a fixed income.
“I feel so blessed and grateful” She said. “This has made a huge difference in my life.”
