Keys to a brighter future
Cheers. Applause. And a few happy tears.
Today, Habitat for Humanity of Greater Palm Beach County dedicated more than a house — we dedicated a future.
A devoted single father and his 10-year-old daughter received the keys to a safe, stable place to call home after years of perseverance, education, and hundreds of volunteer hours. A 30-year, interest-free mortgage. A fresh start built with dignity.
In a powerful show of community partnership, Publix Super Markets Charities presented a $300,000 gift to expand affordable homeownership opportunities across Palm Beach County in 2026.
And in a moment that brought the room to its feet, iTHINK Financial unveiled a fully furnished, move-in-ready home — complete with Miami Dolphins and University of Miami touches for dad, and a blue-and-pink Lilo & Stitch dream bedroom for his daughter.
This is what happens when determination meets a supportive community.
This home represents stability. Dignity. Opportunity.
And it is proof that when we build together, we build hope that lasts for generations.

Boynton Beach, FL (November 6, 2025) — In honor of Veterans Day, Habitat for Humanity of Greater Palm Beach County (Habitat GPBC) celebrates the completion of a full home renovation for a local U.S. Air Force veteran in Boynton Beach. The project, completed in partnership with the City of Boynton Beach and Villa’s Construction, reflects Habitat’s ongoing commitment to serving veterans through its housing programs.
