Please note we do not offer emergency repair services. Between the inquiry form processing, permitting (if applicable), etc., it may take several months to schedule the repairs.
Home Repair Partnership qualifications:
- Own and live in a home in a Palm Beach County Neighborhood
- Have a home in need of exterior repairs only
- Be willing to pay a portion of the cost of the repair (income-based repayment plan and 0% interest financing available)
- Meet the income requirements based on the number of residents living in the home
- Be able to provide income documentation from the last 12 months
- Be able to pass a background check
- Partner with Habitat and work alongside volunteers during repairs (if applicable)
