The home was generously sponsored by The Breakers Palm Beach and built on land donated by the Lake Worth Beach CRA, and the City of Lake Worth Beach, in partnership with Women Build 2024 co-chairs and committee, volunteers, sponsors, and supporters.

PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL (September 14, 2024) Habitat for Humanity of Greater Palm Beach County (HFHGPBC) has announced the bittersweet news that the Boca Raton ReStore, located at 272 South Dixie Highway, will be closing its doors in mid to late October 2024. The owners of the building are moving ahead with plans to demolish and redevelop the site.

LAKE WORTH BEACH, FL (March 26, 2024) Habitat for Humanity of Greater Palm Beach County (Habitat GPBC) recently hosted its annual Women Build fundraiser on March 14th and 15th in Lake Worth Beach. The event was sold out, and it turned out to be a record year with 320 registered builders and a total attendance of 500+. Women Build raised $500,000 and counting for Habitat’s mission!

DELRAY BEACH, FL (April 6, 2023) For decades, Habitat for Humanity has set the stage for families, volunteers, donors and supporters to come together to build decent homes that provide the foundation for a better life. On Saturday, April 29, 2023, from 7:30am to 1:30pm, Habitat for Humanity of Greater Palm Beach County will host Rock the Block-an annual event that revitalizes a community and unites hundreds of volunteers in a block-style hands-on volunteer experience that transforms 10 homes in one day! This event is in partnership with the City of Delray Beach that identifies the eligible homes and prepares the properties for beautification and the Delray Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) whose funding addresses the exterior improvements that improve the aesthetics of the homes, ultimately increasing property value.
