This event is in partnership with the City of Delray Beach that identifies the eligible homes and prepares the properties for beautification and the Delray Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) whose funding addresses the exterior improvements that improve the aesthetics of the homes, ultimately increasing property value.
